Our powered retractable screens are manufactured by Universal Screens. The hardware consists of a housing, weight bar and set of sidetracks. This hardware is manufactured out of extruded aluminum with a powder coat finish in a variety of colors. Each unit is powered by a Somfy motor.

Every project will receive a Somfy remote. For an additional fee you can add accessories like a wall switch or Somfy MyLink, which turns most smart phones or tablet into your remote.  This style is typically mounted on

the outside of a porch. The screens will roll into the housing when not in use and will rolL up and down in their sidetracks. The screen options utilized are Phifer tuff screen or no see um screen.

Our curtains are manufactured in-house in our shop. The curtains can be made from 20-gauge clear vinyl, sunbrella, shade material or a combination of the materials. This style is typically mounted on the outside of a porch. The curtains will roll into the housing when not in use and will roll up and down in their sidetracks.

Our Manual Roller Tube system is manufactured in-house in our shop. These curtains utilize

several different types of material ranging from clear vinyl, solid sunbrella fabric, suntex shade fabric or a combination of those materials. The roller tube consists of a lightweight aluminum tube mounted with galvanized steel brackets, a 7:1 gear and removable hand crank to roll the curtains up and down.

Our curtains are typically clear vinyl with a sunbrella border and bottom with a pocket sewn in the bottom to add weight. The curtains will have eyelets placed up each side with turn buttons mounted to the posts to secure the curtain while in the down position. The roller tube style curtains are typically mounted on the inside of the porches, if the porch is not at ground level, due to the need to access the gears and fasteners

Our Rope & Pulley system is manufactured in-house in our shop. These curtains utilize several different types of material ranging from clear vinyl, solid sunbrella fabric, suntex shade fabric or a combination of those materials. Curtains are mounted using a combination of ropes and pullies to raise and lower the curtains. The curtains will have eyelets placed up each side with turn buttons mounted to the posts to secure the curtain while in the down position.

Our Stationary Panels are manufactured in-house in our shop. These panels utilize several

different types of material ranging from clear vinyl, solid sunbrella fabric, suntex shade fabric or a combination of those materials.

 Panels are typically clear vinyl with a sunbrella border. Panels will have eyelets placed on the sides, tops and bottom of the panel with turn buttons mounted to the posts to secure the panel. Panels can be made to fit most shapes and sizes. Wood may been to be added to be able to attach the panels. We have a couple of different styles of stationary panels.

• Door Panels: Attaches to the door and allows you to still use you’re door while keeping the porch enclosed.
• Gable Panels: Attaches to the top openings above your curtain locations. Usually in triangle shapes
• Flat Panels: Attaches to the openings beside and/or above doors. Can also be in small locations not suitable for a curtain system.

Our fixed bug screen is installed using a low profile screen frame in either bronze or white.

Screens are a Phiffer standard 16 x 18 fiberglass screen, typically in black. There are other options of screen to choose from such as no see-um and inviscreen.
